This 2-6GHz, 10W amplifier, employs gallium nitride (GaN) transistors in the output and driver stages, providing a compact and lightweight product, with linear output power performance, across a broad band of operation. The RF output can be controlled in either pulsed or CW mode, utilising fast enable control signals, with low latency.
